Be honest. Do you usually log out of work on time?

With lots of people now working from home, many feel a temptation to “go the extra mile” by logging more work hours than they did pre-quarantine.

But having the proper balance in your day by creating and sticking to a schedule is the key to increasing productivity and focus.

Think about your priorities, and then fill in your daily calendar with appropriate time dedicated to each activity.
